摘要
本研究通过对急救医务人员、卫生行政机关相关工作人员进行深入访谈,了解广州市120网络医院院前急救能力现状,从急救人员的业务能力、制度及运行状况、急救硬件配置、人员培训等方面对广州市院前急救能力现状进行分析,发现其中存在的问题,为加强院前急救能力建设提出相关建议。
According to deep interview to medicals and health officials, we get an object assessment of the capacity of hospitals of 120 emergency network in Guangzhou. From the point of personality of emergency care personnel, system construction, medical equipments, training, we discuss problems in system of first aid. In the end, we try to provide the policy recommendations for govemment and medical institutions to improve the emergency capacity.
