摘要
利用一个生产个体项目选择的模型,揭示了官僚作风和腐败都阻碍企业经营活动,恶化金融市场,影响金融市场的产出,反过来也强化了官僚作风和官僚腐败的负面效应,从而增加了创业企业融资的成本,打击了个体参与经济活动的积极性,影响了企业创业融资的效率,阻碍了创业企业的发展,破坏了社会经济绩效.
With a model of occupational choice,this article studies the effects of bureaucratism and corruption, and points out that endogenous bureaucratism and corruption deter entrepreneurial activities, compound the negative effects of both aggregate uncertainty and capital market frictions,and deteriorate financial market outcomes.These consequences in turn worsen the negative effects of the bureaucratism and corruption.Consequently,they increase the cost of entrepreneurial start-up financing,impact their actively entry and efficiency,block their development,suppress individual enthusiasm of engaging in entrepreneurial activity,and breach the performance of society and economy.
