摘要
采用热流计和红外测温仪分别测定炉壁热流和温度分布,计算出电弧炉炉壁热点区热流,并且建立管式水冷炉壁的传热模型。采用最优化设计方法,综合考虑影响它的全部技术经济特性因素,建立传热模型的物理方程。确定以水冷炉壁年运行费用为目标函数,根据物理过程和技术条件确定约束条件,采用有约束的非线性规划的SUMT法求解,通过计算机计算得到水冷护壁最佳设计参数。
Heat flow rate and temperature distribution on the inner wall surface within of an electric arcfurnace were measured separately with a resistance type heat flow meter and an infrared thermome-ter. The heat flowrate at the hot spots on the side wall was also calculated, then a group ofheat transfer models of water-cooled tublar panels was established. The physical equations ofheat transfer models were set up by applying on optimum design method and considering all rela-ted technico-economic factors. Taking the annul running expenses of the panels as the target fun-ction, and considering the conditions determined by physical process and technical requirements theequations were solved with SUMT algorithm of restricted nonlinear programming. Finally the op-timum design parameters of water-cooled panels were given by a computer.
