摘要
目的:观察α-黑素细胞刺激素(α-MSH)对内毒素(ET)发热效应及下丘脑组织环一磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量的影响。结果:α-MSH能明显抑制ET引起的体温升高(P<005),同时降低ET引起的下丘脑组织cAMP含量的升高(P<001);而对正常家兔体温及下丘脑组织cAMP含量均无影响(P>005)。结论:α-MSH抑制中枢发热介质cAMP的生成可能是降低ET发热效应的主要机制之一。从而证明发热时中枢神经不但存在正调节途径,也存在负调节途径。
Abstract AIM:To observe the effect of α-MSH on ET-induced fever and hypothalamic content of cAMP in rabbits. RESULTS:Intracerebroventricular injection of α-MSH could suppress febrile response ( P <0 05) and decrease the cAMP content in hypothalamus induced by i.v.injection of ET ( P <0 01),while it did not affect temperature and cAMP content in hypothalamus ( P >0 05) of normal animal.CONCLUSION: The inhibitory effect of α-MSH on synthesis of cAMP in hypothalamus in response to ET might be one of the mechanisms of lowing ET-induced fever, suggesting the possibility that the level of febrile response depend on the interaction between positive and negative pathway.
