摘要 用CaO-天然碱-CaF_2系粉剂在试验室电阻炉和中频炉试验,均获得较好的脱硫效果,其脱硫效率随天然碱配入量增加而明显提高。CaF_2配入量以10%左右为宜。当铁水中初始含硫量约为0.08%,70 %CaO-20%天然碱-10%CaF_2粉剂用量为铁水量的0.8%(按重量)时,脱硫效率(η_s)为78%;粉剂用量增至1.5%时,η_s可达87%。 Experiments of Desulphurization of hot metal by using CaO-natural soda ash-CaF_2 flux havebeen carried out in different laboratory furnace. The results show that the desulphurizing effici-ency increaes markedly with the increase of amount of natural soda ash in flux. The reasonablecontent of CaF_2 in flux is about 10%. The content of sulphur in hot metal before treatment isabout 0.08%. It found, that a flux with composition of 70% CaO-20% natural soda ash-10%CaF_2,the desulphurizing efficiency reaches 78% when the amount of flux added at 0.8%(wt) of hotmetal. The efficiency of desulphurization reaches to 87% when the addition of flux comes to avalue of 1.5%(wt) of hot metal.
