摘要
为探讨重症动脉导管未闭（PDA）的手术方法，在浅低温心脏不停跳体外循环下，经主肺动脉切口行动脉导管缝闭术12例，手术效果满意。此祛适用于成人粗大型PDA、PDA并重度肺动脉高压、PDA并感染性心内膜炎、PDA结扎后再通及PDA并存心内畸形。
Objective:To evaluate the operation for closure of complex patent ductus arteriosus. Method:Closure of patent ductus arteriosus through pulmonary artery under mild hypothermal cadspulmonary bypass with heart-beating was performed in 12 patients. Result:The results were success in all 12 patients. The PDA were closed,and complications such as tear or hemorrhage were not occurred. Concluslon: This technique is suitable for large patent ductus arteriosus in adult,PDA complicated with pulmonary hypertension,PDA associted with infective endocarditis or intracardiac malformation,and the ductus arteriosus reopen after ligation.
