摘要
单电子输运器件是指能在基本电荷层次上控制电子输运的器件.器件在周期时钟信号的作用下,每个周期有n个(通常是一个)电子从源端搬运到漏端,产生量子化电流.单电子输运器件在量子计量和量子信息处理领域存在广泛的应用前景.为此,人们在实验和理论方面做了大量研究工作,力求研制出高精度(10-8)、大电流(nA量级)的单电子输运器件,真正达到应用要求.主要从实验研究的角度介绍近20年来单电子输运器件的研究进展,描述各种单电子输运器件的工作原理和实验结果.
The single electron transport device can control the electrons transport at the level of an elementary charge. This device transports a precise number n ( usually one) of electrons from the source to the drain during each clock period. Due to the requirements of their potential application in quantum electrical metrology and quantum information, much experimental and theoretical studies have been done to obtain the single electron transport device with high accuracy (10^-8) and large current value (nanoampere level). This paper describes the developments of research, mainly the work principles and experimental results of different devices, on the single electron transport in the past two decades from the viewpoint of experiments.
