摘要
在新的管理服务模式下,高校图书馆学生读者的行为失范时有发生,给图书馆的管理服务带来不少困惑,笔者分析了读者行为失范的状况,并提出了对策。
Under the new management and service pattern,the unsuitable behavior of college students is very common in libraries of university.It has brought many puzzles to the management and service in library.In this paper the author analyses the situation of students s unsuitable action and provids some countermeasures for reference.
