摘要
应用机器视觉技术测量空间两条异面直线的夹角。建立起测量的公共基准后,用2只CCD独立地拍摄两根轴线与基准夹角图像。将采集到的图像分割为二值图像后,采用不同的边缘检测算子处理,分析结果,以边缘检测的准确性和稳定性为依据,结果表明:Roberts算子定位精度高,计算速度快,可以快速准确地提取目标轮廓。
Machine vision technology is used to measure the angle between two straight lines on different sides in space. Two CCD camera are used to screen the image of the angle between two axes and datum line after the common benchmark is established. After the binary image segmentation is achieved from collected image, it is treated with different edge detecting operators. The results show that the Roberts algorithm has the advantage of high precision in location and fast calculating. It can extract target nrofile fastlv and aecuratelv.
