摘要
设计了一种基于能斯特方程的烟气含氧量检测系统。选用氧化锆传感器,以MSP430单片机为智能控制单元,设计了热电偶的测温补偿电路、控温电路以及氧化锆传感器的信号处理电路。采用模糊控制算法,实现了传感器温度的恒温控制,简化了控制流程。实验证明:传感器温度可长期保持在(750±1)℃的范围内;氧含量修正方程有着良好的线性。
The design of oxygen content detecting system based on the Nernst equation is introduced. The zirconia oxygen sensor is used, and MSP430 is used as the intelligent control unit. The thermocouple measurement and compensation circuit, the temperature-control circuit and the signal processing circuit are designed. The temperature of the sensor is made constant by using fuzzy control algorithm only, thus the control process is simplified. In this experiment, the temperature of the sensor can be kept in a range of( 750 ±1 )℃. The calibration of the system is made,and the oxygen content modified equation has a good linear relationship.
