摘要
目的:研究痔疮灵的镇痛、抗炎、止血作用和相关毒性。方法:通过小鼠耳肿胀实验、醋酸扭体实验和断尾出血实验,研究痔疮灵的镇痛、抗炎及止血作用;通过完整皮肤刺激性实验和直肠黏膜急性毒性实验研究痔疮灵毒性。结果:痔疮灵具有显著抑制小鼠耳肿胀、提高痛阈值和缩短出血时间的作用,对完整皮肤和直肠黏膜作用后未发现充血和水肿变化。结论:痔疮灵具有抗炎、镇痛、止血等药理作用,对完整皮肤及直肠无明显刺激性。
Objective： To study the analgesia, anti - inflammation, hemostasia effects and toxicity of Zhichangling. Methods： The anti - inflammatory effects were tested by ear edema of mice induced by xylene , the analgesic effects were tested by counting body wisting induced by acetic acid in mice, and the hemostatic effects were evaluated by cutting tail of mice. Toxicity was studied by skin stimulus testing and tunica mucosa recti acute toxicity testing. Results： Zhichangling remarkably inhibited the mice ear edema, increased mice pain threshold , shortened blooding time. Conclustion： Zhichangling has the good therapeutic effects on anti -inflammation, analgesia and hemostasia of treatment hemorrhoid and has less intensive stimulation to skin and mucous membrane.
