摘要
分析"淡雅型"与"川酒"浓香型白酒的生产环境差异、风格差异、生产工艺差异。结合生产实际情况,提出加强淡雅浓香型白酒生产工艺的管理,是保证提高淡雅浓香型白酒的产量和质量的重要措施。
The difference of elegant-type Luzhou-flavor liquor and Sichuan Luzhou-flavor liquor in production environment, liquor styles and production techniques was analyzed. According to the practical production conditions, it was pointed out that the management of elegant-type Luzhou-flavor liquor production techniques should be strengthened, which was an important measure to ensure the enhance of the yield and the promotion of the quality of elegant-type Luzhou-flavor liquor.
