＂Bridge and Tunnel Mode＂ and ＂Road Qu Model＂ are the innovative main market of small and medium enterprises financing.Among them,the collection of the basic principles of the Trust Fund for claims of ＂Road Qu Mode＂,because the introduction of government support and guidance factors,and designed to improve the efficiency of the related financing mechanisms,and solve the financing problems of SMEs in China,will have a more positive sense.
