摘要
以发烟硫酸和尿素制得的NH2SO3H为催化剂,催化苯甲醛和环己酮合成了2,6-二苄叉基环己酮,并进行了光谱结构表征。采用正交法探索了适宜反应工艺,当〔n(苯甲醛)/n(环己酮)〕为2.5、反应温度130℃、反应时间为2.0 h和催化剂用量为0.031 25 g/mol(以环己酮计)时,2,6-二苄叉基环己酮的收率可为69.41%(以环己酮计)。
Catalyzed by aminosulfonic acid which was by oleum and carbamide,benzaldehyde and cyclohexanone were reacted to produce 2,6-dibenzalcyclohexanone, the product was characterized by spectra in detail.The orthogonal test was employed to explore the optimal reaction process conditions,and the validation was conducted according to the derived process conditions.
