摘要
大学生就业难,贫困大学生就业难上加难。随着高校毕业生就业压力的不断加大,在社会还没有建立起完善的就业机制和公平的竞争环境的今天,与其他大学生相比,贫困大学生在就业过程中明显处于弱势,他们表现出更多的茫然和无奈。通过分析制约贫困大学生就业的内外因素,提出了在现有条件下帮助贫困大学生就业的有效对策,目的是唤起全社会对贫困大学生就业的关注。
Graduate emoloyment is difficult, but it is even more difficult for poor college students. With the increasing employment pressure for college graduates, aperfect employment mechanism and the environment for fair competition has not been established in today＇s society. Compared with other college students, poor graduates in the course of employment are obviously in a weak position. They show more in the loss. In this article, by analyzing the interal and external factors which restricts the employment of poor college graduates, effective countermeasures have been put forward to help the poor college graduates. The purpose is to stimulate the concerns for the employment of poor graduates in whole society.
