摘要
对13MnNiMoNbR+00Cr17Ni14Mo2复合钢板与20MnMoNbⅣ+00Cr17Ni14Mo2锻件进行了焊接性分析。针对大直径厚壁马鞍形对接焊缝结构特点,采用合理的施工工艺,并通过对焊接过程中预热温度的控制、焊后消氢及焊后热处理等工艺的合理调整,有效防止了冷裂纹的产生,保证了产品焊接质量。
A 20MnMoNb Ⅳ feature of the tively because the reasonable wetdability analysis was made on 13MnNiMoNbR-00Cr17Ni14Mo2 clad plate and -a00Cr17Ni14Mo2 forging. Suitable working process for the special construction butt-jointed seam saddle welding was adopted. The cold-cracking was stopped effeetively because of the controlling of the pre-heating temperature during the welding process and the reasonable adjustment for the post-weld hydrogen bakeout as well as the post-weld heatingtreatment. The welding quality was assured effectively.
