摘要
针对含次生铜较多的西藏玉龙铜矿Ⅰ号矿体铜钼矿矿石进行了选矿工艺试验研究。由于矿体含次生铜较多,很难抑制,铜钼分离过程中硫化钠用量较大;通过试验对比,采用新型抑制剂BK510,取得了较好的铜钼分离效果,小型闭路试验获得的指标为:钼精矿品位49.15%,钼回收率84.87%;铜精矿品位29.15%,铜回收率90.47%;铜精矿含金0.73g/t,含银69.17g/t,金回收率40.18%,银回收率39.24%。
In this paper, the mineral processing research on copper-molybdenum ore from No.1 ore body in Yulong Copper Mine which including much secondary copper is carried out. Because of much secondary ore which is hard to depressed, the dosage of sodium sulphide is bigger; based on comparative tests, the new copper depressant BK510 is used in separation of copper and molybdenum, and good separation result of copper and molybdenum is realized. The index of mineral processing is that: molybdenum concentrate molybdenum grade 49.15% and recovery 84.87%, copper concentrate copper grade 29.15%, copper recovery 90.47% which contains gold 0.73g/t, gold recovery 40.18%, silver 69.17g/t and silver recovery 39.24%.
