混流式水轮机转轮强度的样条有限元求解 被引量:2

摘要 采用样条有限元的计算方法对混流式水轮机转轮的强度计算求解作了有益的尝试。计算中首先划分了转轮叶片计算网格, 然后用样条有限元按计算网格对叶片的应力和变形进行计算, 并与文献 [3] 的计算结果进行了分析比较。通过实例计算与比较表明, 采用的方法更简明, 计算效率、精度较高, 计算结果也更为合理, 可用于实际工程。这种方法为混流式水轮机转轮强度计算的求解探索了一条新途径。 The useful try on using the spline finite element method to calculate the strength of the runner of mixed flow turbine In the calculation, the calculation grid of runner blade has been firstly divided Then the stresses and deformation of blade have been calculated by spline finite element method according to the calculation grid The calculation results have been analyzed and compared with the results in the literature [3] It shows that this method is simpler and with high calculation efficiency and accuracy and its results is also more reasonable so that it can be applied to actual project This method not only is a new way of calculating the strength of the runner of mixed flow turbine but also is the actual application of spline finite element method in the hydraulic machinery
