摘要
目的探讨经腹超声查检在诊断阑尾残株炎的临床应用价值。方法对29例有阑尾炎切除史并右下腹痛的患者中13例超声拟诊阑尾残株炎病例的声像特征进行回顾性总结分析。结果12例与手术及病理结果相符,诊断符合率80%。漏诊3例,误诊1例。结论普通腹部超声对阑尾残株炎的诊断具有一定的临床应用价值,在此基础上使用高频超声可提高诊断准确性。
Objective Discussion on the meaning of clinical use of ultrasound in diagnosing appendix stump inflammation.Methods Retrospectively sum up the ultrasound image characteristics of 13 cases of suspecting appendix stump inflammation among 29 patients who had undergone appendicitis removing and complicated with right lower abdominal pain.Results 12 cases are compatible with operation and pathological result,diagnose coincidence rate 75%. Missed diagnosis in 2 cases and misdiagnosed 1 case.Conclusion General abdominal ultrasound has certain application meaning in diagnosing appendix stubble inflammation, on this basis use high frequency ultrasound will elevate the accuracy of diagnosis.
