摘要
潘家口水库大坝安全监测系统的自动化改造在国内是一个有代表性的示范工程。在设计中需全面考虑、重点突出,充分利用原有的有利条件,优化设计,以保证改造后的系统能较全面地监测大坝安全状况。文章指出原内部观测设计的不足,对引张线的长度设计提出了讨论意见。
The improvement of the automatic Panjiakou reservoir dam safety monitoring system is a demonstration project in China in the automation of dam safety monitoring. Thus, all factors must be considered, key factors emphasized, and original favourable conditions made use of. so as to ensure reliable performance of the monitoring system. The paper points out the shortcomings of the original internal monitoring system and the original tensionline.
