摘要
针对钢丝绳柔性抽油杆的问题,提出了加重杆的设计方案。对加重杆的质量原则、设计原则以及疲劳强度的计算进行了优化设计,给出了一种钢丝绳柔性抽油杆加重杆优化设计原则与计算方法,现场应用表明可获得较好的综合效果。
For the characteristics of wire rope flexible sucker rod, the design of heavy-duty rods is proposed. The paper mainly makes optimization design on the weight principle of heavy-duty rods, design principle and the calculation method of fatigue strength. Now give a optimization design principles and calculation methods of heavy-duty rods in wire rope flexible sucker rod. Field application shows that the optimal design will obtain better results.
