Study of Decision-Making for Intelligent Command and Control in Air-Defense Operation based on Fuzzy Heuristic Rules

摘要 为提高防空作战智能指控系统决策效率,在充分考虑专家经验知识的基础上,利用模糊启发规则对智能指控系统决策模型中的规则和推理方法进行改进。通过对防空作战打击决策输出结果的编程计算,得到打击决策输出方案与实际作战决策结果一致。该方法可使模糊规则条数减少,输入向量和模糊矩阵的维数降低,推理计算速度加快,却不影响最终决策输出结果。 To enhance decision-making efficiency of intelligent command and control system in airdefense operation, the experts and specialists experience considered, it is applied fuzzy heuristic rules to improve intelligent command and control system decision-making model of rules and inferential methods. Through the program compute the air-defense operation decision output results, it is consistent with the actual combat the conclusion of decision-making. The method can reduce the fuzzy set rules quantity, the input vector and matrix dimension fuzzy. At the same time it can be improved the reasoning calculation speed, but not affect the ultimate decision-making output results.
