摘要
我国利用转炉钢渣配制水泥用于一般工业与民用建筑工程已有十几年的历史。但按GBn164-82标准规定,熟料掺量不得超过20%作激发剂用,从而使以钢渣和矿渣为主要原料生产的水泥性能不良,即凝结时间缓慢、早期强度低、28天强度在325号以下。作者为提高水泥性能、大量利用钢渣,在调研基础上,总结生产经验,提出以熟料为主要原料、钢渣代替部分水渣作为双掺混合材生产水泥的建议;并用许多数据论证了钢渣作为双掺混合材生产普通混合材水泥的可行性和必要性。
It has been more than ten years since converter slag was used to produce cement in our cou-ntry. But the strength of this kind cement after 28 days is 10W (<325), due to the slag as activeagent in aggregate material not over 20%, as stated in the Chinese standard GBn164--82. Inorderto improve the quality of the cement, the author proposes that the aggregate material can beused as main mixing material by substituting part of steelmaking slag blast furnace slag toproduce cement on the basis of the investigation and production experience. The feasibilityand necessity of applying this technology is discussed.
