摘要
对世界第一体育强国美国8个奥运优势项目的青少年竞赛体制进行分析,发现其主要特点是:运动竞赛成为学校教育的重要组成部分,竞赛制度合理完善,单项协会与中学两大体系协调发展。研究结果对我国竞技体育后备人才培养具有参考意义。
The USA is No. 1 sports power in the wcrld. The author analyzes the characters of junior competition system of the eight superior sports of the USA in Olympic Games in crder provide reference for the training of re- serve sports talents in China. The results indicate that, in the USA, junior athletic competitions are integrated with education, competition system is reasonable and perfect, and development of sports associations and high schools are well coordinated.
