摘要
本文总结了首钢高炉大喷煤量的生产实践。经验证明,大喷煤量操作不仅能节约部分昂贵的炼焦煤,而且也是在高炉冶炼中具有重要作用的一种手段。喷煤对高炉顺行、高产、优质低耗的作用是十分重要的。在基本无富氧条件下,入炉品位正常时,只要高炉基本操作制度合理并贯彻“四稳定”操作方针,保证喷煤量100~150 kg/t,在技术上是完全可行的。文中还对首钢高炉富氧大喷煤强化冶炼进行了简略评述。
This paper summarizes the high rate coal injection practice on blast furnaces at Shoudu Ironand Steel Co.. The experiences show that this operation does not only save expensive coking coalbut also play an indispensable role in blast furnace operation. It is very important for smoothoperation, productivity, hot metal quality and energy saving of blast furnace. The injection rate at100~150 kg/t is technically feasible, under the conditions that there is no oxygen enrichment inthe blast, iron content in the burden remains normal and a successful operation system cxists. Italso gives a brief review on the oxygen enriched high rate coal injection in this blast furnacePlant.
