摘要
本文采用水稻台架模拟试验对谷物随机喂入量定量测试技术进行了研究.研究表明:通过传感器对喂入量信号进行采集和转换.建立喂入量与电信号之间变化规律的拟合方程.使之利用该方程对随机喂入量进行定量测试成为可能。这解决了通常用人工方法难以测试随机喂入量的技术问题.并为喂入量测试仪的电路设计与研制提供了科学依据.
In this paper,the authors study the quantitative measuring technique for random feed quantity of grain by imitative experiment of rice on plateform.Results make it clear that with the help of sensor,the signal of feed quantity can be got and it can be change to the electrical signal,so as to establish the imitative equation between the feed quantity and electrical signal and make it possible to measur feed quantity quantitatively.By this,the technique problem of measuring random feed quantity was solved which is difficult to solve by artifical method,and the scientific basis was proved for design and development of the electric circuit of apparatus for measuring feed quantity quantitative.
