摘要
目的:探讨番茄红素与按摩对体育专业大学生运动前后不同时相血SOD,MDA与T-AOC水平变化的影响.方法:将20名受试者随机分为对照组(A组)和实验组(B组),两组受试者运动前2周至运动后1天每天分别口服安慰剂或口服番茄红素并配合按摩手段.服药两周后进行一次大强度跑台运动,在运动前、运动后即刻、24 h分别测定肘正中静脉血SOD,MDA与T-AOC的浓度.结果:B组血SOD、MDA与T-AOC浓度运动后各时相与运动前无显著性差异,B组血SOD与MDA运动后24 h均显著高于与低于A组同时相,T-AOC运动前与运动后各时相均非常显著地高于A组同时相.结论:番茄红素与按摩能及时有效的提高机体的抗氧化能力.
Purpose:to observe the influence of lycopene along with the massage on the change of sports specialized university student's blood SOD and the MDA level after exercise. Method: divide 20 testees into two groups stochastically, the contastive group (group A) and the experimental group (group B). The two groups members take the placebo or the lycopene with the massage everyday respectively two weeks before the trying till the day after the training. After two weeks, the testees do a intensive exercise training. Test the elbow venous blood SOD, the MDA concentration, before, right after the exercise and 24 hours after it. Result : Among the group B members, there is hardly any difference in the concentration of blood SOD and the MDA ,which is higher or lower than that of group A members at different time. Conclusion: The lycopene along with the massage is able to enhance organism oxidation resistance ability promptly and effectively.
