摘要
以碱蓬种子为试验材料,研究不同温度、盐浓度、光照和pH值对其萌芽的影响。结果表明:光照和黑暗对种子萌芽无显著影响。不同温度和盐分对碱蓬种子的萌发率的影响极为显著的。30℃时种子的萌发率最高,而随着温度的升高或降低,种子的萌发率也逐渐降低。在盐溶液中,种子的萌发率随着盐溶液浓度的逐渐升高而降低,在0.8 mol/L的盐溶液中达到最低值,在0 mol/L的盐溶液中种子的萌发率具有最大值。较高的pH值对种子的萌芽有一定的促进作用。
Suaeda seed to test materials for the study of different temperature,salinity,light and pH of the impact of its infancy.The results proved that,in light and dark conditions,the seed germination rate of no significant impact on its budding visible light had no significant effect.Different temperature and salinity of Suaeda seed germination rate of the impact was extremely significant.,the seed germination rate as the increase of temperature and gradually increase to 30℃,and with the temperature increase or decrease, the seed germination rate also decreased gradually. The salt solution, the seed germination rate as the concentration of salt solution gradually increased and decreased in 0. 8 mol/L salt solution to the lowest level in 0 mol/L of saline solution in the seed germination rate was the maximum. High pH could improve the Suaeda salsa seed germination.
