摘要
软土地区静力压桩的终压控制标准是一个探讨较多的课题。由于静力压桩的终压控制与桩的类型、桩长;桩周土的构造及灵敏度与桩尖土条件等诸多因素有较大的关系,《建筑桩基技术规范》对此也未做硬性规定。本文提出的试压法确定软土地区静力压桩终压控制标准的方法,在国内的刊物上未见登载,该方法在降低工程造价确保成桩质量方面较之过去依个人经验制定终压控制标准有一定新意。文中所示的桩侧阻力与桩周土灵敏度之间的关系,有一定的参考价值。
The criteria for control of final pressure on static piles in soft soil area is a problem frecuently discussed.Due to that the control of final pressure on static piles depends on a number of factors such as the type of piles, their length, the structure and sensibility of surrounding soil, the soil at pile tip etc. They are not specified in “Technical Regulation for Building Pile Foundations'.In this paper,a new method for determining the norm of controling the final pressure on static pile in soft soil area was suggested.This method is different from that based on personal experience and offers a reduction in construction costs and guarantee of pile quality.The relationship between sinking resistance with sensibility of surrounding soil given in this paper can serve as erference.
