摘要
采用多波频率发生器及高可靠的可编程控制器,控制压力发生系统进行正弦波、三角波、方波三种波形压力的发生。通过标准压力传感器、液位传感器、温度传感器进行信号的测量与反馈,实现波形的拟合,报警信号的监控。液压系统采用伺服控制,管路采用"串-并"结构,卡套式管接头连接方式,可实现管路内阻小,压力损耗低、受压均匀。多种安全设计手段,可保证试验机安全高效运行。该机适用于压力传感器的检验与试验。
Multi-wave FG and high reliability PLC was used to control the pressure value system to occurrence pressure of sine wave, triangle wave and square wave. It used the standard pressure sensors, liquid level sensors and temperature sensors to realize the signal measured and feedback, then achieved the waveform fitting and alarm monitoring. Hydraulic system introduced servocontrol, pipe of the tester adopts "series-parallel" structure and connecting by cutting ferrules pipe joint. It's enabling the piping of a small resistance force, decrease pressure loss and pressure equilibrium. A variety of safety designs assured tester's operation safely and efficiently. The tester is suitable for the pressure sensor checking and testing.
