摘要
目的有效地规避和化解护理风险,为门诊手术患者提供安全、优质的护理服务。方法以风险管理知识为指导,通过识别门诊手术工作中存在和潜在的护理风险,进行风险衡量与评价,制定风险管理策略,指导临床规避和化解护理风险,确保护理安全。结果门诊手术患者对护理工作满意度提高,无护理差错发生,有效地减少了医疗纠纷。结论在门诊手术室安全管理工作中,识别门诊手术工作中存在和潜在的护理风险是前提,培训护理人员风险意识和能力是基础,完善的管理制度和工作流程是关键,加强风险监控、狠抓落实是实现安全护理的保障。
Objective To avoid the risk of nursing and provide patients with a safe,high quality nursing service. Methods Risks were assessed and managements strategies were made to avoid the risks and ensure the quality of nursing through recognizing the potential and existing nursing risks in clinical operation in the accordence with the knowledg of risk management. Results Satisfactory grade were elevated in the patients after operation, and there were no default in nursing,which reduces the medical dispute effectively. Conclusion Recognizing the potential and existing nursing risks is the premise of safety management, with the purpouse of improving the ability of safety consciousness. And perfect management rules and process are the key of managemen and so risk monitoring should be strengthened and put the safe nursing into practice.
