摘要
众所周知,运动损伤与诸多非心理因素有关。许多年来,人们努力改善条件来减少损伤,但在体育运动中要完全避免伤害事故的发生是不可能的。大量的研究表明,除种种非心理因素之外,心理因素也是导致运动损伤的重要原因之一。通过分析导致运动损伤的心理因素,有助于指导人们采取适当的心理措施,从而有效地减少运动损伤。
As we know,sports injuries have relation with many non-mental factors.In the last years,people improve the condition hard to reduce sports injuries.A great deal of research express,in addition to above-mentioned various non-mental factors,the mental factors is also one of the important reasons that cause to sports injuries.This text analyses the mental factors causing sports injuries for guiding people to adopt appropriate of mental measure.Thus to Availably reduce the sports injuries.
