摘要
高考是中等教育与高等教育的衔接点,是新课程改革取得实质性进展的关键一环,对基础教育具有重大的导向作用。为配合高中新课程改革,自2007年以来全国共有11个省区先后出台了一系列高考改革的新方案,这些方案根据新课改的精神,虽然具体内容和实施方式不尽相同,但整体上体现出"求稳、求变、求新"的改革新理念,从而贯彻了新课程改革所遵循的"稳中求变,变中有新"的原则,使高考制度朝着分散化、地方化、多样化的方向推进,让学校和学生享受到越来越多的选择自由,从而使高考真正实现科学选才的功能。
The college entrance examination is the convergence point of the secondary education and higher education. It is a key step of the new curriculum reform to achieve substantive progress. And it also has a significant guiding role to basic education. To coordiinate with the new senior secondary curriculum reform, eleven provinces and regions have issued a series of College entrance examination reform programs since 2007. These programs according to the spirit of new curriculum refonn, although the specific content and implementation modalities vary, overall embodied the new ideas of ＂stabihty, change, and novelty＂ and carried out die principle of ＂change in stability and novelty in change＂ .The college entrance examination system is moving in the decentralized, localized and diversified. So that sehools and students enjoy the more freedom of choice and the college entrance examination truly realize the function of scientific selection.
