摘要
目的探讨血细胞分析仪测定血小板(PLT)的影响因素,为出入境人员提供科学准确的PLT计数依据。方法通过探讨影响血细胞分析仪测定PLT的影响因素,确定科学合理的PLT计数方法。结果影响因素有小红细胞干扰,试剂的质量,抗凝剂的种类,PLT发生凝集等。结论出入境人员的PLT计数应采用全自动血球计数仪筛查,对于异常结果采用手工计数的方法,得到准确的PLT数据。
Objective provide scientific and by exploring affecting quality, anticoagulant cle counting machine. Explore influential factors of blood platelet count measuring by blood platelet analyzer to accurate PLT counting basis.Methods Find scientific and rational PLT counting measures factors of PLT counting. Results Factors interfere with a small red blood cells, reagent type, PLT occurrence rate.Conclusion PLT should be counted by automatic blood corpus- Manual counting should be employed when abnormal results are achieved.
