摘要
2008年以来,受国际金融危机影响,浙江省中小企业和全国其他各省的企业一样出现了不同程度的困难和问题,资金短缺、产业结构失衡、要素市场趋紧、产品科技含量偏低等深层次矛盾逐渐显露。特别是资金短缺、融资困难、出口受阻、发展乏力等问题尤为突出。该文分析了国际背景下的浙江中小企业的生存状况,提出了促进中小企业健康发展建议。
Since the 2008 global financial crisis, the small and medium - sized enterprises （SMEs） in Zhejiang province has been facing varieties of issues and difficulties, especially represented by the funding shortage, financing difficulty, exporting barrier and weakening development. This article has analyzed the status quo of the SMEs in Zhejiang province and put forward a series of concerning proposals.
