摘要 公共建筑相对于居住建筑来说是耗能大户,降低公共建筑的能耗水平就显得至关重要。结合大连市实际新建公共建筑,利用建筑能耗模拟软件PBECA2008,对寒冷地区公共建筑进行能耗分析并进行优化分析。分别从建筑地面保温、外窗传热系数、外墙保温、屋顶保温4个方面进行分析研究,分析这些因素的变化对公共建筑节能率的影响程度,找到对公共建筑物能耗影响较大的因素。为既有建筑节能改造工作提供重点改进的方向,从而提出公共建筑节能设计建议。 Compared with the residential building, the public building consumed relatively large energy, so reducing the energy consumption level of public buildings is particularly important. An actual new public building is selected in Dalian, using the building energy simulatiou software PBECA2008 to couduct the energy consumption analysis and optimization analysis of public building in cold regions. Respectivel), on the ground of building insulation, heat transfer coefficient outside the windows, wall iusulation, and roof insulation four aspects are analyzed and studied, including these factor changes on the energy-saving rate of the public buildings and finding out the influential factors in energy consumption for existing buildings, providing crucial improvements directious for the existing public buildings and energy-efficient design recommendations.
