摘要
伴随经济区域化浪潮,在"实施自由贸易区战略"的指导下,我国的自贸区建设工作已经取得了长足发展。在建立FTA的过程中,如何做出对我国经济长期可持续发展最有利的决策是FTA谈判的核心问题。为了解决这一问题,本文从理论上建立了谈判标的联合指数方法,并提出了合理选择贸易策略的标准。同时,应用所建立的理论方法对中、韩FTA所涉及的12个行业的货物贸易做了实证研究并对不同产业的相对重要性进行了分类,得出了不同产业谈判中应关注的贸易方向和潜在贸易策略等有益结论。
Along with the wave of economic regionalization and under the guidance of the 'implementation of the Free Trade Area strategy',our country has achieved great development in FTA building.During the process of FTA building,the core question is how to make the most favorable decision to the sustainable development of domestic economy.To solve this question,this paper constructs a theoretical combined indexes analysis method and a reasonable trade policies selection criterion.This paper also applies those theoretical methods to trade in goods of China-Korea FTA related 12 industries,and gets some helpful results,such as classifications of the goods' relative importance,important trade directions,potential trade policies.
