摘要
某船用柴油机气缸套由于其恶劣的工作环境，再加上先天性设计上的缺陷，因此很容易损坏。文中针对从国外购进的某轮柴油主机气缸套损坏的规律和原因进行了分析，并提出改进措施。为此，可为其节约大量的更换气缸套的费用，增加了经济效益。
A kind of cylinder jacket used in marine diesel engine is very easy to damage because of adverse working conditions and inborn defect in design.This paper gives analysis to the rules and causes for the damaged cylinder jacket in the main diesel engine,which was bought from abroad,and puts forward some improving measures,by these ways,cost for replacing cylinder jacket can be much saved and economic efficiency increased.
