摘要
采用现代测试技术对糠醛气相加氢铜铬催化剂(简称BHK型催化剂)进行综合分析,对催化活性组分提出新见解。根据加氢小试结果,讨论铬铜原子比对催化剂活性、选择性及负荷能力的影响,提出了适宜铬铜原子比及相应的加氢条件。
The properties of the catalyst are tested by using modern testing technique,and a better understanding of active composition is reached. Based on bench-scale experiment results, the influence of Cr-Cu atom proportion on the activity selectivity and load capacity is diseussed. The appropriate range of Cr-Cu atom proportion and the corresponding suitable hydrogenation condition are proposed.
