摘要
为了了解猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒在Marc-145细胞系上的增殖规律,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术,研究猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒在Marc-145细胞中的增殖情况。结果发现:病毒在接种后12h开始大量增殖,且在12-36h增殖最为迅速;还发现在18h时Marc-145细胞开始释放病毒,48h达最高峰。该结果为研究猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒的致病机理及利用细胞毒生产疫苗提供了试验基础。
Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) could grow in the cell line of Marc-145, but the characterization on proliferation is still clearly unknown. This experiment was investigated the replication disciplinarian of PRRSV in the line of Marc-145 using Fluorescence Quantitative PCR. The results showed that the virus began to replicate obviously at the 12 h after inoculation, and the viral proliferation was increased in a great speed between 12 h and 36 h after inoculation. The Marc-145 cells began to release virus at the 18 h after inoculation, and reached the peak at 48 h. This study provides basic information for investigating the pathogenic mechanism and vaccine production of PRRSV.
