摘要
采用化学成分分析、硬度测定、断口分析、金相检验及综合分析等方法对大型箱体动模进行分析。结果表明,材料中存在锋利、多角块状碳化物、成分偏析、组织粗大,三者共同作用导致大型箱体动模早期失效。
The early failure of large box moving die was analyzed by chemical composition analysis, hardness test, fracture analysis and metallographic observation. The result shows that the early failure of large box moving die results from large block carbides,composition segregation and coarse microstructure.
