摘要
采用文献资料法对槲皮素与自由基的研究现状及其进展进行概述,分析了自由基在衰老过程中的作用。对槲皮素清除自由基和抗氧化系统的影响作一综述。
This paper is a review about current study and progress of quercetin and free radical.We analyse what the role of free radical does play in ageing,meanwhile make a summary about the influence of quercetin cleaning up free radical and antioxidant system.
