摘要
采用"三水分离、分隔处理"对制革废水进行处理,综合废水采用水解酸化-A/O为主的处理工艺,当进水CODcr、BOD_5、SS、氨氮浓度分别为3010L、1050L、2335、229 mg/L时,出水水质能够稳定达到一级排放标准。特别是对氨氮的处理效果极为明显,A/O单元去除率达到99%,适合氨氮排放要求高的制革企业。
The tanning waste water were treated by the method of "three - ply water separation, septation treatment". The comprehensive waste water were treated by the technique which mainly uses A/O. When CODcr, BOD5, SS and ammonia - n concentration of entering water are 3 010, 1 050, 2 335 and 229 mg/L respectively, the quality of discharge water can satisfy with the first discharge standard. The effect of the technique is especially obvious in treating ammonia - n and the removal rate of A/O units can reach 99%. The technique is suitable for the tanning producers requiring high standard of ammonia - n discharge.
