急性脑卒中患者应用爱通立溶栓治疗的护理 被引量：4

摘要 总结24例急性脑卒中患者应用爱通立溶栓治疗的护理经验。遵医嘱严格根据患者体质量计算用量进行药物配制,严格控制滴注速度,先将总剂量的10%2 min内静脉推注,剩余90%的量随后60 min内均速微量泵泵入;用药期间密切观察患者血压的变化;患者在接受爱通立治疗的最初36 h通常会发生症状性颅内出血,密切观察病情变化,及时发现是否有突发意识障碍、言语不清、肢瘫等脑出血症状及血管再闭塞症状;密切观察患者的生命体征及意识、瞳孔的变化,有无头痛、呕吐、血压升高、脉搏缓慢等颅内压增高表现。
