摘要
应用系统诊断方法，对科尔沁沙地系统的特征、存在问题及成因进行了分析，认为沙地系统衰退最根本的原因是政策、管理体制的不合理及科技人才的短缺；引起土地沙漠化的直接原因为急剧增长的人口、严重短缺的农村牧区燃料资源以及农业科技意识的淡薄。在此基础上还提出了沙地系统可持续发展的战略对策。
Based on the analysis of the systematic diagnosis, characteristics of the Kerqin Desert and the existing problems as well as causes of the desertification are discussed. The analysis indicates that the unreasonable policies, mismanagement and the shortage of expertees are the essential reasons, which lead to the degradation of the desert system. Moreover, the direct reasons of land desertification are the radically increasing population, shortage of agricultural fuels and the weak awareness of science and technology. Then, the corresponding strategy for sustainable development of the Kerqin Desert system is primarily put forward.
