摘要
黄河三角洲的开发建设需要新上一大批项目.在有限的资金和技术的限制下,必须对这些项目进行筛选,分期分批组织实施.用层次分析方法,设计黄河三角洲资源环境优先项目层次分析模型.可以对新上项目进行分析,考查其经济、生态、社会效益,为项目实施提供决策参考.
To exploit natural resources in the Yellow River delta needs a lot of new items, but funds and technologies are limited. We must select this items and put into effect by stages and in groups. In this paper we use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to design the Model Hierarchy Process about a first priority items of natural resources and environment in the Yellow River delta. It can analyze the economic, ecological and social benefits of the new items, and can supply references for policy making.
