摘要
松辽盆地查干湖地区扶余油藏属于开发难度大的低渗油藏。由于孔喉半径小、注入水配伍性差、原油含蜡量高等影响,在钻井施工作业过程中,易产生颗粒运移导致孔道堵塞造成储层伤害。运用室内试验和开放流动试验技术,对该区的岩矿和孔渗特征、流体性质、敏感性和注入水等进行了储层伤害分析。研究表明,该区存在颗粒运移造成的水锁效应、地层敏感性伤害、注入水水质差引起的细菌伤害、注入水配伍性差导致无机垢堵塞、原油析蜡等储层伤害因素。因此应针对开发过程中存在的问题采取必要的预防措施,以达到储层保护的目的。
Fuyu Reservoir in Chaganhu Area of Songliao Basin was a low permeability reservoir that is difficult to be developed.It was easy to cause pore blockage and particle migration in the drilling process because of small pore throat radius ,poor compatibility of injected water,high wax content of crude oil and so on ,by which damage was often induced in pore throat in operation.In combination with the results in laboratorial and open experiments,reservoir damage was analyzed which included petrologic-mineralogical characteristics,pore structure,fluid properties,sensitivity and injected water.Studies show that the main factors are water locking during to particle migration ,sensitivity damage of formation,bacterial injury caused by poor water-injection quality ,inorganic fouling plug by poor compatibility ,wax precipitation in crude oil.Therefore,according to the problems in the development process,it should take some necessary precautionary measures to achieve the purpose of reservoir protection.
