摘要
通过多年来对磁栅、光栅、球栅等线位移传感器的安装、调试、维修以及对系统精度大量检测中的经验总结,给出了生产现场快速准确的调整细分误差的方法和应注意的问题。现以我厂应用最多的磁栅传感器为例进行分析。
This paper sums up the experience from the mass works such as installing, debugging, maintaining and detecting works of magnetic grid, grating, spherosyn and other linear displacement sensors, gives the rapidly and exactly adjusting subdivision error methods in work field, problems needing attention, and analyzes magnetic grid the most eommon sensor in our factory as an example.
