摘要
目前工程档案管理工作中存在的主要问题有:档案管理的意识不强;档案管理的基础工作不扎实;档案管理的人才匮乏。加强工程档案管理工作应采取的措施:立法建制,强化档案管理意识;切实做好档案管理的基础工作;进一步提高工程档案管理工作人员的业务水平。
