摘要
针对煤炭企业重要设备的非接触式故障识别诊断这一棘手技术难题,提出基于红外热成像技术仅通过比对实测热图与标准参考热图温度场的差异识别诊断故障的原理,设计了相邻温度一二阶差分漂移累计和自学习故障识别诊断算法,同时开发了基于红外热成像故障诊断系统的硬件、算法软件以及富互联网Flex和JavaEE应用程序,实现了系统对多个设备热图的摄取、传送、设备与背景的分割、故障的识别诊断及其结果的远程访问。实践结果表明,该系统能够有效识别设备的故障状态,并应用于煤炭企业替代传统的接触式故障系统,完成重要设备的非接触式故障诊断。
According to the very difficult technical problem of the non-contact mode fault diagnosis and identification of important equipments in coal enterprises, the paper provided a diagnosis principle which compares online thermal image with a reference image based on infrared thermal imaging, designed self-study diagnosis algorithm and accumulative difference drift of lth and 2th rank difference of temperature in every neighboring pixel, developed the hardware system, algorithm software and Flex & JavaEE web application programs, and finally realized infrared thermal images, transmission on web, partition between equipment and background in infrared image, diagnosis & identification of fault, and remote access to the result data. The practice showed that the system could recognize effectively the fault of the equipments, realize the uncontaet fault diagnosis to the important equipment and had being applied to the coal enterprises in order to replace traditional contact diagnosis system.
